I am Heather Knutson, I currently reside in the wonderful City of Hugo, MN. In addition to living

in this amazing community I also spend a great deal of time at our lakeside haven in Balsam

Lake, WI. Both states, with their distinct flavors, hold a piece of my heart, but Balsam Lake is

where my roots run deepest.

Summer, for me, is synonymous with lake life—boating, swimming, hiking, and family cribbage

games. I thrive on getting my hands dirty, be it in landscaping or nurturing my vegetable and fruit

gardens. There's an unparalleled sense of peace and relaxation in the midst of nature. Alongside, I

stay busy cheering for my youngest at lacrosse games and attending other sporting events. Golf has

even crept into my world, as my three boys are enthusiasts. I'm taking lessons, eager to join them

without causing too much of a delay!

My three sons—Jacob, Luke, and Nathan—are the bright lights that keep my life vivid and dynamic.

Their energy ensures no dull moments, keeping me on my toes.

In my decade-long journey in real estate, I've committed myself to providing clients with loyalty,

integrity, and transparent communication. Recognizing that buying or selling a home is a significant
