Lucy Boeshans - Professional Background

I began my real estate career in 1991. I worked at Century 21 White Dove, working for one of the most knowledgeable companies at the time, while working with some of the very best agents in the area. I then went to RE/MAX. When the real estate market saw tough times, I continued to assist other agents who specialized in REO (Foreclosure) homes and short sales. It was a great way to gain valuable, additional knowledge. From there I went to Realty Group for 8 years. Now I am working at Ashworth Real Estate.

I have learned since becoming a real estate agent, the key to my success is listening and learning from my clients. They/You are the most important ingredient to the recipe for a good realtor. I have been blessed working with wonderful people who have become friends. Good old fashioned personal, customer service is what I have built my career on. You can have all kinds of fancy technology and advertising, but what people want most, is to be heard and understood. Making a major move is not always easy. I understand that. If you know me, you know I have been there. But I value everyone and throughout any move, my utmost goal is to have a satisfied client/friend. Most recently as a senior myself, I have enjoyed helping seniors. I would love to have the opportunity to share that experience in helping you make your next move!

Personal Background

I have lived in the Elk River area since the 1970's because we love the community. My husband, Orlyn, and I raised our kids here. They all graduated from Elk River and live in the area. Our family continues to grow and we are surrounded by love. We have great friends in our community and we always seem to come home to Elk River. Our hearts are here.

We seem to move a lot. Must be the Realtor in me. I am an experienced downsizer, packer and decorator. It is fun to make a new place home. But I also know it’s a lot of work. That can be helpful when I help you with your next move.

I love to pursue my passions - reading, crafting, painting, traveling and spending time with friends and family. I thrive to focus on the positive. Life is a blessing!
